What are we looking for?
Bazzile is seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Client Success Officer with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with using Real Estate CRMs and have a strong orientation in customer service. This role will involve supporting our clients in the usage of our solution as well as assisting the Head of Growth with various sales oriented tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing any issues they may have with our solution and managing the escalation to engineering with a proper analysis.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Coordinating with partners, attorneys, and other third parties to ensure the smooth completion of transactions.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our solution to potential clients.
Requirements:
- CFC / License in a related domain.
- At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using a real estate CRM.
- Strong interest to new technologies (Stripe, Resend, etc).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in German a plus.
- Must be based in Switzerland or France (with 40% maximum remote for people living abroad).
