Responsibilities:
You are the representant in Bonaduz for the near shore activities performed in Timisoara.
You manage the demand from the head quarter and organize the delivery to fulfill this demand.
You define KPIs and report them regularly to the management.
You coach the remote leaders to develop individuals and their teams.
You ensure that the remote teams apply agile principles and practices

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or more. An additional degree in Business Administration is a great advantage.
Proven experience of working in Scrum/SAFe environment and confident with the related KPIs.
Knowledge about Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps)
Experience of software development in regulated environment (e.g. IEC 62304) is an advantage.
You have already proven that you can motivate a team to high performance and enjoy taking on a leadership role.
Goal-oriented personality with empathy, humor and business acumen combined with an analytical, structured and fact-based approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an international and interdisciplinary environment in English and in German.
Readiness to regularly travel to Romania (20-40%)
