Your tasks
In this position you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge in embedded systems and software into practice covering the whole system from sensor to cloud:
- Working on applied research projects, in particular the Horizon Europe Project WHEAT-WATCHER, in the fields of communication technology, data storage, measurement technology and signal processing. This includes international collaboration and reporting.
- Development of embedded hardware and software
- Design, development and implementation of IoT data and server infrastructure (micro-services and data warehouse)
- Planning, execution and analysis of experiments at the FHNW and with partners
Your profile
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related fields
- Experience in programming embedded systems, databases and IoT technology
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Good knowledge of English
