CONTEXT & MISSION:
The Architecture and Integration teams play a central role in transforming the L'OCCITANE en Provence brand IT and simplifying our information system to support the brand's growth. In this context, we are looking for a highly motivated IT Domain Leader Integration & Architecture!
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the target architecture that must meet the challenges of the various business areas of L'OCCITANE en Provence: from R&D of our products to sales through different sales channels, including production and logistics, and adapting to the specificities of our different markets: Europe, US, Brazil, China, Japan, APAC. You will lead the Integration team, experts in interfaces based on our ESB Webmethods, and the Technical Advisors team for the architecture aspect.
The position reports to the VP of Engineering IT Data & Integration and is based in the Group WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop the company's IT architecture, ensuring system coherence and integration;
- Collaborate with various IT teams to ensure the implementation of best practices in technology;
- Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and solutions to improve system efficiency and performance;
- Ensure that technological solutions comply with security and regulatory standards;
- Participate in defining technology strategies and IT project planning;
- Provide technical support and advice to project teams and stakeholders;
- Lead the architecture and integration domain: develop and follow the roadmap, prioritize tasks, and ensure budget compliance;
- Support and develop the domain: lead and develop the team to achieve set objectives;
- Coordinate regional teams: collaborate with Integration teams in Asia, America, and Brazil to ensure global coherence;
- Define and apply integration standards: establish and ensure compliance with integration standards;
- Continuous improvement: apply Lean Management principles to optimize team and L'OCCITANE en Provence processes efficiency;
- Incident management: manage incident resolution, communication, and post-mortem analyses.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Education: Engineering degree or Master degree in IT;
- Experience: Proven experience in IT architecture, with in-depth knowledge of information systems and emerging technologies. Successful experience in team management and integration, ideally on ESB Webmethods;
- Technical skills: Mastery of integration frameworks and associated technical stacks (DevOps, Docker, microservices architecture, cloud architecture including Azure);
- Knowledge of information systems: Good knowledge of the different components of an IS (SAP, POS, CRM, E-Commerce, WMS);
- Languages: Fluent in English; French conversational;
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate and simplify technical subjects;
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
- Technological watch: Interest in innovation and technological watch;
- Adaptability: Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with evolving priorities and on multiple projects simultaneously.
